Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Rovceni platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Rovceni or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform except as permitted for your personal educational use.

User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow you to submit comments, questions, or other content. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.

Payment and Billing

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rovceni and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
